My name is Cameron Tukapua , I work as an acupuncturist and wellbeing coach and I’ve been working in this field now for 40 years. In the last few decades I’ve seen a lot of changes , cultural and social change and changes in how we approach our health care and wellbeing… but I’ve never seen things change so much as the last 3 years.

What I’m seeing now is lots of people wobbling and unsure of how to navigate this very uncertain, fast changing world AND what I know from decades of clinical practice, working with thousands of people is that our answers are inside.  When we learn to connect our heart and mind - connect with our deep inner knowing and use the to guide our thinking and back that up with actions we can transform our life.

ON September 29 it’s Heart Health Day and the Heart is so important because it rules the mind …when we understand more about the relationship between the heart and mind we can connect these 2 powerful intelligences and get into a healthier alignment with ourselves and the world around-  regardless of what is happening.
